① Real Estate Leasing & Sales (Full-time)

• Introduction of rental properties and sales brokerage services

• Property viewings and contract support

• Coordination and proposals with property owners

• No experience required / Licensed Real Estate Agent preferred

② Property Management Staff (Full-time)

• Inspection of buildings and facilities, arranging repairs

• Move-in and move-out inspections

• Tenant support and reporting to owners

• Improvement proposals to enhance property value

③ Administrative / Back Office (Full-time / Part-time)

• Preparation of contract documents

• Data organization and customer management

• Phone and email correspondence
